Lindsey joined the Chyten team in November of 2017 as our Office Administrator. Among other things, Lindsey assisted our families with their scheduling and testing needs in our three centers. Through hard work and dedication to the company, Lindsey was promoted to the position of Newton Center Director. Lindsey attended Plymouth State University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Promotion and Communications. She is currently working toward a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Framingham State University.
Born and raised in Medford, Lindsey is the daughter of Jenny and Phil Bandoian, and is one in a set of triplet girls; they also have an older brother. Her family has a very close bond and have a lot of fun together. They like to spend time together watching and playing various sports.
When Lindsey is not at work or spending time with her family, she enjoys attending country music concerts and travelling. She has traveled to many places including Iceland, Ireland, and Canada.
When asked to recall an influential teacher in her life, Lindsey spoke about her High School Honors English teacher, Mr. Ambrose. She described him as quirky and funny. She said “he knew how to capture the attention of a class. He saw potential in my writing that I never knew I had “. Lindsey remarked how this teacher was able to boost her confidence, thus making her put forth her best effort in her classes. In her current position, Lindsey is now able to inspire the same sense of confidence in the students at Chyten.
In the next few years Lindsey’s goal is to continue to bring her positive, outgoing personality to the Newton Chyten Center. Lindsey says, “To me, working at Chyten is all about listening to families and help them to figure out how we can help them achieve their goals. “
